FEATURED PROJECT

The Rached Residence is a single-family housing project located within the Golf Club, it has 550.00m2 of closed area and 100.00m2 of open area. It is located on a plot of land with a total area of 996.86m2 and a type of modern and minimalist architecture was proposed, taking advantage of the orientation of the lot, seeking to minimize the openings in the east and west facades, in order to reduce radiation inside the house and save on energy consumption. The floors were arranged on two levels, placing the common and service areas on the ground floor and the rest areas on the upper floor.
